Special Arrangements Under Inclement Weather Conditions

Yellow/Red Rainstorm Warning Signal / Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or below: O2O shops will be open as normal.

Black Rainstorm Warning Signal: If the signal is issued during the normal opening hours, O2O shops will remain open. If the signal is issued before the opening hours, the shops will be temporarily closed and will resume service within 2 hours if the signal is cancelled. If the signal is cancelled less than 5 hours before the normal closing time, the shops will remain closed on that day.

Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8: If the signal is issued during the normal opening hours, the shops will be closed after all customers leave. If the signal is issued two hours before the opening hours, the shops will be temporarily closed and will resume service within 2 hours if the signal is lowered to Signal No.3 or below. If the signal is cancelled less than 5 hours before the normal closing time, the shops will remain closed on that day.

Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.9 / No. 10: O2O shops will be closed on that day.
