How can I get an invoice for my order?
Our system would auto generate an "Order Confirmation" E-mail to customer after placing an order with detailed purchased date, order number, purchased items, delivery arrangement and payment amount. Customer could refer the order details anytime through the E-mail content.
For other claiming purpose, it is suggested that our customer to consult with related department or organization if "Order Confirmation"/ "Invoice" is accepted or not before purchase.
Is there a delivery charge?
Free shipping is available for purchases of $800 or above. $80 shipping fee is required for purchases of less than $800. You can also choose to pick up the parcel yourself at our O2O shop.
Notice: We only provide Hong Kong local delivery for the time being.
How to cancel my order?
Once an order is confirmed, automated logistics process will start and the system will instantly send the order details to related merchants for product preparation and shipping. Manual changes in confirmed orders may cause record discrepancies and affect the delivery arrangement. Therefore, we apologize that we are unable to cancel the orders for you.
How to return or refund if the products are found damaged?
Please contact us through email, our staff will offer suitable solution regarding on the problem you encountered.

I have already inputted my credit card information, why my order payment failed?
Please confirm if the payment information you inputted is correct, including credit card number, expiry date, CVN and one-time password. The transaction cannot be gone through if there is any wrong credit card information or disconnection during payment.
If you confirm your payment information is correct, it may have a opportunity due to your credit card could not pass our fraud prevention techniques and tools
We strive to provide a secure and reliable online shopping platform, customers are required to pass through a range of fraud prevention techniques and tools (3D Secure authentication) when making a purchase, that is designed to protect your payment information and minimise online payment associated risks. Banitore reserved the right not to process transaction request failing to pass through the online security requirements.
Amend / cancel order
Once the payment is done, order details will be automatically sent to related merchants for record. Stock information will be synchronized as well. Merchants will base on the order details to reserve the items. Therefore, please understand that we are not able to cancel the order / amend order content for you.
You are suggested to add the wanted items into the shopping cart or Wishlist first. Then, you can confirm the selected items, quantity and amount again before proceeding to payment.
How to pick up?
You can pick up the parcel by simply showing the order number or the QR Code (*QR Code is only applicable to mobile applications). If your family members or friends will help you to pick up the parcel, please send them the screen capture of your QR Code in advance for a smoother pick-up process.

How to experience physical products?
Our O2O shop at G/F, No. 50 Hung To Road, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong, is equipped with display samples of all products. Staff will provide product explanations and other services. There will also be a vending machine for you to purchase directly.
